Tuite Opticians is a family owned business that provides eye examinations and glasses for those who are housebound or unable to get to an optial practice unacompannied.

We pride ourselves on providing a bespoke service to the housebound patient. We also endevour to work around the individual with minimal fuss and with minimal movement required from the patient.

A visit to the optician is often ignored when you are unable to leave your home with ease. We offer a thorough and professional eye examination which is vital to maintaining healthy eyes.

Each of our patients is treated as unique with differing needs no matter whether you are part of a large nursing home group or an individual at home.

At Tuite Opticians we have our very own Home Specialist Manager who van advise us of any specific requirements you may have.

This service is free – there is no charge for the home visit or the eye examination.

Our specialist equipment means we can work in varying surroundings and yet feliver a professional, caring and courteous service. The eye examination will involve examining the health of the eyes as well as maximising vision.

If problems are detected, we will refer you on to the relevant specialists.

Our extensive range of frames ranges from basic to top-end designers, from cutting edge to traditional designs. All lens types and brands are available. All frames are adjusted upon delivery to ensure a comfortable fit.
